The Lord Jesus Christ will return to reign as King of kings and Lord of lords.
convicts men of sin and their need for Jesus as Saviour. The Holy Spirit lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He guides and empowers believers and gives every believer one or more spiritual gifts.
—Old and New Testament—is the inspired Word of God and it is the final authority from God. It was written by human authors who were supernaturally inspired by the Holy Spirit.
was created in God’s image—like Him in nature and character. Man sinned, thereby incurring the penalty of physical and spiritual death. Man’s sinful nature separates him from God.
is a free gift from God; man does not deserve it, neither can he earn it. All who receive the Lord Jesus Christ by faith are born again of the Holy Spirit and inherit eternal life from that very moment.
are called to a life of holiness and are sanctified (set apart) by God. Although believers can never reach sinless perfection on earth, each one should strive to grow in faith, love and purity. Together, believers form the Church—the Body of Christ.
There will be a
of the righteous and the unrighteous. Glorious, eternal life awaits the redeemed in Heaven; but for those who have rejected the offer of Salvation, eternal separation from God.
